All our charges are in US Dollars (USD$) or Canadian Dollars (CDN$) depending on the cardholders address. For your convenience, we offer several methods of payment. Your bank or credit card company will process all charges will appear on your account statement as “CANSTAR DIA”

If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. However as an added security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card
When you order a loose or set diamond, we ship it to you with the accompanying diamond grading report and certification. These grading reports are detailed documents created by the diamond grading experts at International Gemological Institute (IGI). Please ensure that each diamond grading report is included with any returned purchase.
If for any reason you do not include both the diamond grading report and certification with your return, a replacement fee will be charged.

We offer a 30 day return policy on all purchases made. If for any reason you wish to return your purchase you will first need to get a return authorization number from our customer care team prior to returning an item. We are unable to credit your payment in full if you do not have a return authorization number. All Items returned must be in saleable condition and will require verification of authenticity from our quality control department. Please note that any items showing signs of wear and tear or abused or altered in any way will not be accepted for return. Packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will also not be accepted.

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, our receiving department will check your package and send to our quality control for inspection. Credits will be processed within two (2) business days after the receipt of your shipment.

For any convex or rounded jewelry item, the width and length stated in the product description is taken by the manufacturer, prior to the rounding of the metal in the manufacturing process, which may lead to a discrepancy in any measurements taken after this process.
Also, for each item containing multiple diamonds, we list the average grade and measurement for colour, clarity, and carat weight. These averages are calculated by adding all grades or measurements that comprise the inventory with regard to that particular piece of merchandise, and determining the closest mean.
